During last Summer of 2022 & after a lot of ifs & buts, we re-started our first international trip to everyone's favourite destination, i.e Abu Dhabi & Dubai.
Though both cities have their own charm, We preferred a little quiet & uncrowded during that time. Our personal liking towards Abudhabi made it a clear choice.
&
Here goes our best kept secret paradise in Abu Dhabi, i.e Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri.
The resort is one of the best 5 star & has its own charm.
Though it was quite difficult to manage amidst a lot of uncertainties during Covid time, they outperformed in terms of
- Service standard
- Rooms & Amenities Hygiene
- Ultra clean peripherals
The resort is well furnished like any other 5 star with every luxury one may expect.
Areas of improvement we felt are :
- Nothing for Kids/parents having tiny toddlers. A kid's club is a must for this scale of property
- Food spread name tags were missing in buffet. Hopefully they might have sorted that out.
Rest all things were picture perfect. The Abra ride to souk & back was the highlight of the stay & it is worth taking an Abra ride once you are in the resort.
