    The HEADLINE READS, ''WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THIS VIDEO?" - Hi Mark Ford from Jed Ford. I was seeking/trying to find/isolate some individual single, Marimba, & Xylophone notes which I would like to use to enhance my new song/video recording! No matter how many times I tried, or how many-ways I asked my question, I could NOT get/obtain what I sought, and it is one of the idiosyncrasies of Google that drives-me-nuts. I don't suppose YOU can help Mr. Mark FORD??? - Jed FORD.

    How long each day would you recommend that we do these exercise?

      Jacob Routhier - I think the time utilized playing floor exercises could vary, but the most important aspect is to do these exercises properly. Use a relaxed grip as you control the playing heights of the mallets. Use a metronome and give your hands a break every 8- 16 bars. Stop, reset, then play again. Playing with strong technique is more important than playing for long periods of time. With the correct performance concepts, you can get a lot done with 15-30 minutes of playing exercises!
