    It's very difficult to even watch this considering how much red glow showed on the ring camera when Karen backed out of the garage at 5am. There is absolutely no way that one little bit of red left on the light would have cast that much glow. It is insane that they expect anyone to buy this nonsense!

    The commonwealth's history works against them from boots to bench/DA. This trooper is just another representation of just how unqualified and corrupt they are. My foot slipped off the brake while parking).

    • @lauracoleman1680
      @lauracoleman1680 Před 7 dny +1

      As an insurance adjuster there is a significant difference between two cars colliding which can cause scratches to two bumpers and a vehicle impacting with a human being. I have had over 500 cases where a body collides with a car and a human being, even having a body roll up onto the hood and there being no damage to a car. Tail lights have a lot thicker plastic than bumpers and bumpers stick out further than a tail lamp so a rear bumper would need to have significantly higher damage to it have a tail lamp cracked to that extent. Also dents on the liftgate are on the very rear and the rear signal lamp are 90% ON the side above the quarter panel. If I had this as a claim I would deny that those damages could ever result in a human dying as a result and flag the claim to the national insurance crime bureau for fraud. Just my 10 years of experience.

  • @kingginger3335

    The mph gage is based on how many times your tire rotates per minute. Since it was snowing out that night, if the tires can't get traction and they spin out. Your car doesn't go anywhere, but your mph gage will rise according to the tire speed. So the 24 mph for 4 seconds at 3500 rpm's is 100% indicative of the tires spinning out. Not her backing up 60 something feet and smashing into John. The biggest clue is his wounds. He would've had to be bent over with head up looking at the car. The car would have to hit him in the face only, and the energy transfer would have to throw him backwards doing a back flip, hitting his head on the curb and then coming to a stop 12 feet up onto the lawn. If that sounds ridiculous to you, don't worry. It sounds ridiculous to all of us.

    • @Sunshinestatejen

    • @Justice1911A1
      @Justice1911A1 Před 8 dny +4

      @sunshinestatejen your mph absolutely does increase if your wheels spin, mph is calculated by the rotation of your tyres. This is why if you change your tire size without calibrating your Speedo you can get pinned with a speeding ticket even though your Speedo says you are not speeding. You are actually going faster than your Speedo records. Bigger tyres will rotate less than smaller tyres giving you a different speed reading. Hope that makes sense.

      It got brought up a lot during the HGR trial in New Mexico, where the lawyers were just bringing up their laptop to the stand instead of paper copies. Runkle said then, and other lawyers as well, that if a witness references on something it becomes evidence for the appellate record and they would be within their rights to request the court keep it until the full end of the case. Didn’t want to fight about whether or not AJ could keep his phone after the witness touches it for that purpose.

    This popped up so I decided to take a listen and hear some new opinions. I have to say, thank you. I have been saying for weeks, where is the ME and the Lead Detective? Once Proctor was on the stand, he lost a lot of credibility for me. First off, with his language about KR. Second, that he was discussing this with everyone he knows. Third, He had already had a decision about what happened in less than 24 hrs. With the accident reconstruction, as soon as the Trooper said, hitting JO's car could have caused a crack, I pointed out that Officer Barros (who has no skin in this) said, "the light was cracked and missing a small piece." He also stated, they only did a reenactment showing KR purposely hitting JO, but didn't do a reenactment showing an accidental hit, why not? I have also questioned, why did they not take any pictures of where JO was. I understand, life saving measures come first, but the officers on scene could have done something. The Canton PD showed that they have no clue about chain of evidence or even collection of it. Someone explain to me, why the hell there were no pictures taken of KR's car while it was in her parents driveway? Tow truck drivers are great at taking pics of cars before hooking them up.

My question, is where are his socks? John had OCD and made everyone take their shoes off before they came in the house. I have been watching this case since about February and I can’t believe it JUST NOW occurred to me the following:
    Trooper Paul showed data that KR did a JTurn AND THEN drove forward a bit before making her alleged reversing to hit JO.
    Every single witness… even the ones we know are corrupt to the core testified KR’s Lexus was positioned with the passenger side facing 34 Fairview. So if she makes a JTurn, drives forward, AND THEN goes in reverse, then it would have been the driver side that would have hit JO. Otherwise JO would have ended up in the middle of the street if he was hit by the right side of the SUV.

It's possible that Lexus is capturing that data on the EDR, but I doubt it. You might be able to tell when something happened by piecing together known driving times.
    Also, does this vehicle not have reverse automatic braking. My Subaru does and I don't think I could hit someone even if I was trying to. It routinely slams on the breaks because one of the shrubs along the driveway is floppy in the rain or snow.
