He's terrible on the mic. His goal may be genius, but his delivery is that of an amateur comedian getting booed off the stage. I've been waiting for his rehearsals, speech, timing, pronunciation to improve, but it seems to have hit its peak. But oh well, every sport needs villains, even if they cannot improve their mic development. And he's still one of the best fighters in the cage. But as far as his researched, rehearsed line delivery, it's not ever gonna get better.

Yeah man! I was with my mom, grandmother, and girlfriend when I noticed him walking the other direction so I go “Colbyyyy” he gave us a big smile an a big peace sign from above as we crossed paths. Very cool energy seemed really nice and friendly from that interaction. He had a hat on and dark clothes so I didn’t really recognize him until almost right as we crossed paths.

If Gamebred is smart, he won’t take that fight, taking back-to-back-to-back L’s will ultimately kill his hype train (if it isn’t already dead). Stylistically, Colby, Usman and Burns are huge mismatch for Masvidal. Albeit, if Masvidal plans to retire soon, doing an Ultimate Fighter to build hype for his last fight with his former close friend and teammate: Colby, it’s not going to be a happy ending, but it’s sure going to be a golden ending.
Colbys no Kamaru. He didnt look as good in the rematch as he did in the first. I think Masvidal vs Covington is more competitive than you think.

For me it was 2-2 into the 5th, Usman slightly edged it out for me but I do understand how someone can score it for Colby as well (however, round 2 was clear cut 10-8). So I scored it a ultra close win for Usman or a draw leading to a 3rd bout.

Im so happy to see that Colby finally gets the media and fans attention that he more than deserves. Easily one of my favorite fighters in the ufc and the entertainment business of it. The sacrifices he had to make in order to save his career and the struggles he had to go through to be where he is a at now are quickly forgotten. This men already is a legend in the sport and man how happy I would be to see him with the belt eventually. Is it weird to say that I'm a big fan of Colby? Behind the scenes (even on camera, in a subtle way) he's a super nice guy with integrity. I think he lashes out on those who threaten or don't like him. But most of all, he's a nightmare fighter. His cardio and pressure is the best I've seen.
I personally think Tony Ferguson does even better with the cardio and pressure, but that takes nothing away from Colby.

I've never been the biggest Colby fan, ofcourse inside the octagon he is relentless, his cardio is second to none. His pressure and will to win are admirable, outside the octagon I found him slightly cringe. Because it felt so put on, I'm from UK though so Its a different landscape considering the pro wrestling angle. But he has grown on me, and this interview was hilarious I was laughing out loud. And Colby is still full of self confidence and aspirations so I can do nothing but respect him for that.
His whole persona is put on he was gunna get cut from ufc because he was told he was boring by the ufc so after he beat Maia he put on this persona called the Brazilians rats and it worked he now has lovers and haters, he is one of the most entertaining fighters on the roster
