The Chief of Human Rights Affairs of the United Nations has tweeted and asked the Indian Government to cancel the proposed action under UAPA against world famous writer and human rights voice Arundhati Roy.

जब दुनिया अरुंधति राय की लेखक के रूप में प्रसन्नता व्यक्त कर रही होगी, हमारी सरकार उन्हें एक कानून के तहत सज़ा दे रही होगी। वे जनतंत्र के लिए संघर्ष करने वाली विश्व योद्धा हैं। दुनिया उनके पक्ष में खड़ी है और कामना कर रही है कि उन्हें उन्मुक्त विचार करने दिया जाए। दरअसल अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता हमारा मौलिक अधिकार है जो मनुष्य होने के नाते हमें मिला है, हमारा दायित्व है कि हम उसकी रक्षा करें।

जो सत्ता लेखक से घबराती है, वह निश्चित ही नैतिक रूप से पतित है।
अरुंधती को बड़े बड़े अवार्ड के लिए नहीं, उनके क्लीयर स्टैंड के लिए आदर मिला है।
और ये क्लियर स्टैंड कश्मीर को भारत का हिस्सा नहीं मानता है। भारत में रहते हुए भारत को क्रूर और आतताई कहे उसे कानून के तहत अपने उपर मुक़दमा चलने पर दर्द हो तो समझ आता है।
पर ये बांस इतना लंबा है कि दर्द यूएन के साथ साथ दुनिया भर में वामियों को हो रहा है तो ये रिश्ता क्या कहलाता है।

Does she still imagine that we are under the rule of some foreign power? Her "mann ki baat" indicates so. She lives in an illusory world of her own which is ok but there is a section in our society which is weak and believes in armed struggle to wrest control of political power.
Today, the US is more communist than any other country on earth because communist ideology has proved that it is incapable of creating wealth so, it will enjoy life with the help of another person's wealth.
