Interpretation through the linguistics of older languages to get a clearer understanding through His Imperial Majesty's (HIM) messaging, Mathematics on all levels [ even if it is beyond the normal level of an individual's ability ] in feeling its natural vibration/wavelengths/frequency is in all living things, and having the talent of sight in training the eyes it brings wonders in a panoramic mode... In all of that inspiration will spring up as seasons upon seasons... That's meditation in a few words that I could honestly impart to a brethren. One strong love!
