@@Deerhunter02 why don’t you get in the Traditional church with an open heart to Christ and he will tell you. It’s really about the great blessings and sacrifices that the priest and parents make. Parents give up grandchildren and long stints of not seeing their son. Especially, if he becomes cloistered. God compensates in the most beautiful way, the hearts and souls of these willing to give up their lives to follow him all the way to heaven. I never appreciated a priest as I do now being a traditional Catholic.

Brothers, don't do it. Celibacy isn't going to go well. Join Orthodoxy, Protestantism, or Mormonism, get married, have a family, and also serve God.
The desires he has were fulfilled by a cult when they could have been fulfilled by the indweiiling holy spirit connecting him directly to God through Jesus.
