5:53 Luke that's actually a mosquito net. It's to protect from mosquitos. So what they're showing is that instead of that mosquito killing burner thingy, they use a mesh net to prevent from mosquitos.
Fun fact: There are lot of mosquitos in Asia so hence they use this
