It's pre-recorded. Clearly lip syncing. Just look at the first chorus when he's letting the audience sing. After the first time the crowd sings "Rag Doll" he says "Little" and then "Rag Doll" by the audience. Only trouble is, the mic isn't back to his mouth when "little" comes over the PA, and his mouth never moved when that word was sung. It's a recording.

Tony Soprano 550 After watching more videos of him since I wrote that comment, I’ve concluded that it is in fact lip syncing. He sounds exactly the same each and every time, and the songs have the same small details that I’ve noticed every time he sings it. Particularly during rag doll, you notice him drop the microphone, and a “s” sound comes out, seen in this video around 0:55. Really cannot blame him though, he is 84. I give him a pass because singers these days who are 20 couldn’t perform right without lip syncing and auto tune. Despite this, I am seeing Frankie Valli in November!

He can't hit the high notes anymore, even with an obvious key change probably TWO steps down. But it's still great to see him and nobody should be complaining.
I've enjoyed watching and listening to this many times but he IS lip-syncing. At the end, he sings "can't you see I love you." The "you" can still be heard BUT he licks his lips at the same time. You can see and hear it at 2:41 - 2:43

No Tony Bennett sings live. I have seen him sing solo without the benefit of backup singers to drown him out and he does well for his age. Not the same when he was young, but you could tell he was really singing.

I was there front row opening night Oct. 21, 2016 on Broadway and I heard him singing when the electricity went out to the mics, etc., early on in the show before he realized something was wrong and turned around and looked at the rest of the band. I also heard him singing "Lets Hang On" while he shook my hand!!!
