How can there be dispute on which direction the person was going if they crashed all the way in lane 3.
This was so interesting to watch! Thank you for putting out this long form content, I really enjoyed learning how this case went. It also helped me think of questions I would ask my lawyer. The info you share is truly appreciated.
Thanks! More to come.
I love this type of case breakdown. I find court cases fascinating, particularly the psychology of convincing the jury.
I review medical charts as my job, and often the “indication” for the study/imaging can be just a suspected condition, or even a straight-up misdiagnosis. Additionally, the medical definition of “chronic” is anything longer than 3 months. I think if I took a nasty spill while hiking, my pain might also last a little longer than usual too, but to get scheduled for a meniscus repair in ~2 days after *allegedly* enduring this pain for 3 years would be crazyyyy. Also, if that x-ray didn’t identify any “soft tissue swelling/edema” or “joint effusion,” then it is also unlikely there was significant damage to any ligaments, tendons, or muscles at that point.
Great audio. Lol. I had no video but content was excellent! Thank you!
Crazy interesting video, thank you!
From the moment you told me your client was already in motion when the defendant pulled out, I thought it was the defendant’s fault. The personal already in motion has the right of way, right?
The person going straight has the right of way. The person merging onto the road does not.
I have a question, does the defendant in this case pay out? or her insurance company, and if someone is broke and gets sued what happens? I see that she was a liar and overall not a great person, and agreed with the outcome. Also I am a fan of your content, saw youtube shorts and now im watching these videos!
