Tuchel was never the right appointment. Naglesmann was doing fine in Europe and was only 1 point off Dortmund in the league and about to play them. They were playing much worse under Tuchel last season and relied on Dortmund bottling and Musiala’s brilliance to win the title and paper over the cracks. Over this whole season, Tuchel has been found out

Thomas Tuchel is not the right style of coach for Bayern. That is the problem. They sacked Nagelsmann over not much to get Tuchel in, they only have themselves to blame.

It's simple, squad composition. Coman can't play a dangerous pass to save his life, same for Davies. Sané struggles with pass accuracy all the time, 5m pass misses receiver by a meter regularly. Kimmich and Goretzka is the midfield of doom. Kimmich doesn't play his position and is all over the shop, Goretzka is technically limited. Gnabry injured all the time and if he plays he's overweight and lacks pace. Müller the only one who knows how to organise pressing but way past his prime. Kim is alright so far, DeLigt was the only player last season who deserved a starting eleven spot but is ignored by Tuchel constantly. Upamecano, like the guy but the next howler is as good as certain. Dier hasn't put a foot wrong so far and I have no idea why his standing in England is so poor, good lad. Mazraoui is inconsistent and each time you think he improves he's out injured, rinse and repeat. Kimmich, Gnabry and Sané are on eyewatering salaries they haven't deserved for years now. So no Harry Edward Kane is not cursed, if anything he got duped signing with a squad where past sins are finally catching up.

I never backed the firing of Nagelsmann, yes he was very experimental with the team but he still maintained the Bayern identity, Tuchel never seemed like a good coach for Bayern, he might have had his moments, but it is finally time he sees the door. I know everyone’s talking about Tuchel and Nagelsmann being great, but I think Bayern have been bleeding for years. They’ve been getting slightly worse as the years went on and haven’t noticed it until it was too late. I refuse to believe this is just something that’s happened this season, it’s just that they’ve managed to cover it up with the lack of consistency from Dortmund usually. They went from a super team with Flick to whatever this is and it’s been a constant decline. The squad isn’t even that weak, it’s just a decline of ability in the first half of the season which has carried over this season. A big thing this season is that Leverkusen haven’t slipped, because if they did, like previous seasons with Dortmund, it would never have been such a bad problem with Bayern because people would still believe they could win.
I’m just going to say it - Upamencano isn’t good enough for this level, Kimmich and Goretzka are nowhere near the level they should be at, Mazraoui isn’t near the Bundesliga level or is defensively good enough and Guerreiro was an abysmal signing even on a free as Davies’ backup. I could absolutely be wrong here but these are the players I don’t get why they are in the squad or why they are playing so badly.

Imo it's not just Tuchel, but the players as well. A lot of players look like they don't have the same hunger for trophys as 2 years ago which is why everyone apart from Neuer, Müller, Musiala and Kane should at least not be unsellable. We need more players that fight for the badge and not for themselves like our 2013 squad. But tuchel is a part of the problem as well as his style of play is just not suited to the style we want to play.
Tuchel is just not it simple like it is the same with every other job he keeps a team playing good for a season but it is not maintainable considering he will be found out very quick if that man city game last season didn't highlight what was to come to bayern next season then I don't know what to tell you

well there are a lot of things that went wrong in the past 3-4 years starting with some of the worst transfer windows ever to happen in the history of the club and who ever reads this might think but you guy got players like sane and kane in that time yes we did and tbh. I'm really glad we could get a player like harry kane despite him never winning major trophies but what came after singings like that not much mostly failed players like gravenberch and marc roca and we got some wired players like eric dier, bouna sarr or daly blind what i want to say with that is the board dismissed to make structural changes to the squad or at least get the squad better into the depth because thats the next point this small af. squad that now is crumbling with these injuries that can't be replaced properly we have too many star players that are on injury list whilst the squad gets smaller day by day , next point our board is a fucking clownshow in any way possible i mean niran already said it thesy sacked nagelsman for that whilst tuchel now has 11 losses in 44 games and into that comes in important matches is as unsecure as lastly seen 16 years ago in 2008 when juergen klinsmann was in charge of the team and played the worst season in history , than there is the point we got too much players that only look for themselves and the club comes second, and lastly TT just doesn't fit the way bayern plays bayern mostly and if you look back you can seen it bayern mostly plays possession based attacking football, TT than comes in and trys to change it to more defensive plays that obviously doesn't work than and where he hasn't the players for , and to top it of TT is killing our squad by making every player as unhappy as possible

My impression from clips I've seen is that the Bayern players just really dislike Tuchel's personality. He's always been abrasive but there's also an immaturity about him. For instance, I saw a clip of him wandering up to Sadio Mane in training & pulling Mane's shorts down. He's 50 years old. Tuchel, I mean, not Mane. I know African footballers birth certificates are not exactly `Read-only' documents, but even so, he's married to an 18 year old.
