I *LOVE* this channel. He makes it look so simple. This is why the fundamentals are so important!!! If you look at the fancier technicians he's fought and absolutely destroyed it's because he's drilled the fundamentals over & over & over again! Not saying Joe isn't an incredible technical fighter. He's just spent time on the stuff that works! Spinning kick and all that have their place of course. But you can't beat simplicity.

Don't worry about implementing this tactic! one week is far too short to learn something new to use in a fight. Believe and trust in the work you've put in, and just be excited to fight and have fun!
