All the actors were superb, but Sion Daniel Young’s performance was extraordinary and so truthful and moving. Give the guy a BAFTA!
Amazing miniseries! I cried so hard through it! So moving, so beautifully done. Bravo to all the actors and writers. I'm just blown away!
Love this series. Bawled my eyes out.
Me too 😢
Amazing program, get the tissues ready ,
I been walking around heart broken for 24 hours since watching it lol
I literally loved this show best thing I’ve ever seen very sad tho! I’m upset Andy had died but I loved how gabriel just carried on ❤
Fantastic programme! up there with It’s A Sin in pure quality storytelling ❤️
I am 72 years old and it is an absolute beautiful series. Great to see this topic coming to the public. I too lost my parents at a very young age. The film 'Priscilla Queen of the desert' Also a must to see.
Such a great show, amazing acting, fantastic performance
There aren't enough superlatives. My mind and heart went on this roller coaster of emotions and I've been left a better person for it x
This show is incredible, just finished episode 2. I'm a survivor and suffer with identity issues and repressed trauma and it's so healing for me to watch.
Just binged this last night and absolutely loved it. Is the song sung at the start of the show in Neverland an actual song or one written for the show? It was gorgeous.
I loved it. As soon as I saw "Gabriel" smile, I knew I would be lost to the story. Literally gasped out loud in the last episode and cried like a loon. It even had some of my favourite songs in it! Awesome! But, hang on! Sion is not gay? Wowser!
I really enjoyed the show but can we please have a drama where gay people get to live happily ever after? I’m tired of tragedy. Also, as was pointed out to me by a friend, is the story a bit of a rip off of Torch Song Trilogy?
that one scene is definitely similar to Torch Song Trilogy, but the main themes are really different.
@@ericamacs3875 There are a number of similarities. In both there is a drag element, the couples are to adopt, one gets violently killed and a parent of one of the protagonists is against the adoption. I maybe shouldn’t have described it as a rip off, but there are similarities.
I cried. End of story.
❤❤
Great story but the use of a cliched overwrought third chapter feels like it undermined the excellence of the first two parts. It's as if the writer couldn't fugure out how to write a story that had an equally dramatic finish without resorting to well trod material that has been done so often it has become decried as self hating pandering to get acceptance ti straight audiences.
