My headcanon is that CENSORED is a living paradox, made of impossible materials in impossible geometries and living an impossible existence. No wonder you aren’t allowed to look at it, it’s very form would break our minds trying to conceive of it.
On a side note, I love how everyone’s reaction to it is the same. You could send in your most battle-hardened, mentally-inhuman agent, and their response to it will always be “oh god oh fuck oh sweet Jesus why”

I think its some sort of floating muscle and face covered creature with the ability to rapidly contort, which lets it take the forms you see in the Sacrifice option and when it escapes. The mini (CENSORED)'s it produces are probably dog-like creatures covered in several human faces and muscles, all which probably bite with enough force to be very lethal. I imagine that it isn't its appearance that is terrifying, but I think that an outside force "enchanted" this flesh monstrosity to force anyone that peeks at it, let alone barely even mentioning it to see memories of people dying in horrifying ways, I would imagine it would be like this:
You walk in and immediately, thousands of views depicting people and animals being mutilated or stretched out, along with the sight of unexplainable horrors flashes in front of you, your head is filled with a graphic description of what happened too, your mental capacity for normal thoughts is immediately destroyed and even after looking away and for maybe years at a time you still see these thoughts.... that's if the facility doesn't dispose of you first..
I imagine the sacrifice is it rolling out into a almost room or chest-like structure, perhaps to lure curious people in, and then it tears them apart probably by using parts inside of it that we cannot see.

When a level 5 agent enters CENSORED, they will always lose 60% of their mental health, the armor only affects the damage that they take from the abnormality afterwards, also, anytime that an agent has the "hopeless" mental state, they lose 60% mental health, this is determined by the agents level vs. the abnormality class, with the exception of CENSORED and probably other ones that will always inflict a higher mental state on agents.
They gotta do this shit over and over again. That is a fate worse than execution bullet.

It's surprisingly easy to interact with, provided you have the requisite high level and at least 50% black resistance. Containing it when it breaches looks rather nightmarish. Then again, that's why it's an aleph class abnormality.

Shame this abno wasn't in library of ruina. Would've made for an interesting fight. But more so because I think it would've been hilarious to see either Roland or Angela covered in censored bars!
Well, they would have had to come up with an actual design for it I imagine. Since we’re playing from Roland’s POV that means he would be able to see it unlike the manager who has no mental resistance to such things and well, yeah.
Either way the design would have to be fairly crude to stay true with its description. 😅

Dealt with him with having my level 5 employee and Express Train to Hell, at 3 or 4 lamps.
Send him in, use the train, safe safe.
Now on Day 22...
Got lovely Melting Love as well, ain't touching that for now either XP
Plan on just deal with it at last second so I don't need to worry about everything becoming a slime.
I like the tactic, using the train for helping I never actually did XD always was more about just keeping it from killing people lol

The train like heals half the SP bar, it is really good!
But I messed up once already and boy was that not pretty.
I also tried Flesh Idol, but this is way less good than Express Train to Hell...
Like Censored to a max stat employee(All but Justice), ticks about 5-7 times when there is no Qliphoth overload.
I only have He armor (Because too early in game), Censored on average deals like 42 black dmg to my employee, that is about just how much he has left after Hopeless debuff.
Which, really sucks, but upon usage of Train, or, if you don't have Train, Flesh Idol etc, get max on One Sin, but that one requires a bit of luck... at least it goes REALLY fast so unless you are really unlucky you don't need to worry about not be able to finish job with One Sin.
However getting max on One Sin is another problem in of itself.
The other tactic I've heard is Portrait from another world, then you just pop a black shield on whoever is marked and bam easy Censored works.
But I don't have that sniff sniff.
I do have Backwards clock so *if all goes wrong* there is still hope.

But tbh the use of train is more of a "I have to" XP
Like there is zero ways of me capable of dealing with Censored this early on in the game, I have Yin in my facility, but its armor, even with 0.6 to black dmg, it still doesn't cut it against Censored.
So its like, if Censored decides to be a jerk and Qliphoth meltdown, I have to use the train to make sure the work is a success.
Well, if I don't use the train I would still have a good chance to get a normal, but lv5 going panic really sucks...

If I had to guess, this creature is an upright gelatinous being with multiple eyes, most on its body, a few on limb-like stalks. Panic and hopelessness would be passive effects of gazing into any of its eyes.

Well, its ego gift just straight up changes your entire face into... Something. There are ego gifts that outright make employees demihuman by enhancing their hands, opening extra eyes on their body and giving them elf ears and even wings. Altering the employee's face to be similar to [CENSORED] makes total sense.
As for the going insane part, [CENSORED] itself is pretty obviously a cognitohazard of some kind. While it may not even look particularly horrifying behind those censor bars, merely perceiving it with your human senses is harmful for your psyche.
But that's [CENSORED] itself. The *employees* posessing [CENSORED]'s ego equipment are separate from the abnormality, and are likely able to control the equipment, neutering or toning down its anomalous effects so their fellow colleagues don't lose their minds (there's also the fact that seeing a human with horrid-looking body parts fighting by your side is obviously miles better than seeing a far more horrid thing coming at you with the intent to [CENSORED] you).
Although that whole "neutering" thing either doesn't apply to the manager for one reason or another (for instance, it may not come into effect when observing the egos on cameras or smth), or the censor bars were simply placed on the equipment as extra precaution, despite said equipment not actually being that dangerous to observe. One thing that supports this theory is the fact that the sounds the ego weapon makes aren't censored, unlike the ones produced by the abnormality itself.
Also, judging by the fact that [CENSORED]'s ego weapon is literally just an altered arm of the employee, and that said arm looks totally normal until they engage in combat, the ego gift probably looks like a normal human face underneath all the censor bars... That is, until it suddenly splits open into [CENSORED] to reveal [CENSORED], or something like that.

This abnormality is like, idk, it isn't insta mega death for a run.
I saw him on Day 18, and felt like picking him.
I had like, He gear at max, with the only WaW was Flesh Idol.
Then I got Express Train to Hell, which, was actually super helpful...
On 3 lights, order the employee to go into Censored, when he gets in, use Express Train to Hell, bam, the employees can take like 10-15 hits from Censored which with like max stat doesn't really happen, Censored usually hits for like 5-8 times when there is no debuff.
I wouldn't call it really nice as Censored forced me to restart a couple times.
Mainly because lv5 panicking really fvcking sucks.
Till I started trying to minmax with Flesh Idol and Express Train, life is much better.
It still sucks tho because I was a brave boi and picked Melting Love, Don't Touch me, Yin Yang...

I get this game will ask me to deal with very hard challenges, and I haven't even gotten past day 25 because i'm farming the monsters for gear. But this has to be my least favorite abnormality in the game. It couldn't just be the third abnormality that does "good work result will lower counter" so they decided to make it fuck over every level V agent and completely kill IV agents. and if you don't want that. You have to do a very "generous" spin of luck to kill precious agents and only suspend the inevitable, with probably the hardest gear check in the game that'll even make .4 endure a joke. I thought Blue star was tough, but this sucks in so many ways. the only solution I've been seeing is tool usage but I was saving the good tools for central command and lower so I took the tools I would ignore and never use for anything. ig this is just the reason we have first day resets and memory resets, but when you want 100% completion its demoralizing. This monster just seems like a pain in any run, no matter how prepared. which annoys me because it feels like its designed to work with me correctly at some point, but its not like that. its legitimately that hard to work with. even in this video. its a fight of sheer numbers from day 30+ to out-damage the abnormality with an army of random shit since its practically immortal to everything. I don't have every EGO in the game but I'm pretty sure pale damage is the minority in how many weapons do that.
I just want all the gear :(
