My first Amiga was a 500 in the late '80s. It would occasionally green screen and being a super whiz bang computer tech back them I would simply pull the plug, lift it off the table about 4 inches and drop it. Worked almost every time and kept that machine running until I got an A2000HD. I still have that 500 and one of these days I'll drag it out and see if I can get it going again, just for kicks.
Of course dropping it now-a-days would probably not fix it. Who knows! Anyways. Cool story! I'm pretty sure a green screen means a RAM issue so that is an interesting story. Thank you! When-and-if you bring it out, let me know! Curious about the REV, if it works, and if it's a Chicken Lips.

Not sure why now, but I always thought of it as an Agnus issue.
