This interview was badly constructed, the interviewer didn't do research. You can just see that she was freelancing. Her questions didn't flow correctly, allowing for the interview not to make sense. For the first three minutes I didn't even know what the interview was about. It was confusing. At one point the interviewee didn't even understand if she answered the question or not. Yes, I understand that maybe she was a bit nervous but in future she should rather prepare for such interviews. Interviews such as these do play a role in referencing and researching. The interviewer should learn for future reference to do thorough research and make sure she constructs questions that will allow the interview to make sense and flow organically from one point to another.
