Video had full English captions, hit the CC button. They went back and and added captions to Domination Live, and now this is the second new video in a row with them. I imagine were going to get them in future videos, and this is them acknowledging their foreign fans. although i usually keep them off for the first listen through.
This song has a direct lineage to "The Dragon Cries", from their last Album "Conqueror". Band-Maid has been and always will be ROCK!! They play within and outside the "Rock" sphere. It's funny how bands like Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax and Slayer who are thrash/speed metal is now classified, by todays standard as rock. But I spose Core is the new flavour today. I'm always having a chuckle....
New favorite! Got my notification of the new cd I ordered months ago, on the way! Ahhhh, ah, ah, ah, ah! Defiant Pigeon laugh! All the ladies kill it in this, but Saiki is on another level with her vocals! Take Over the World!
This song and he MV is full with easter eggs... Unseen Word title of the album... Difficult= different... never ending= endless story... start over...etc. And of course, it's their way of doing, always challenging themselves, always trying to do better, etc And it's quite the slowest song of the album ;-) A+
Urban Japanese uses a surprising amount of English but the pronunciation (especially) and specific meaning can vary a bit as it's intended for a Japanese listener. The result in this case (music), though, is very helpful for international fans.
I love this one so much. Listening to that double solo from Kanami and Misa, plus look how Miku has progressed! They're all a top-notch piece of a butt kicking whole. I've been listening to the new album, and it's so good! (Akane on "Black Hole" is insane!) Great job, guys! 🤘🤘
The song "different" was made specifically for an TV Show in Japan. You should check out some of their old stuff and always react to live - Domination live or Onset live or Play live. Enjoy. These women are the real deal - they rock in all of their songs.
