Ive made these rolls but when u fry frozon these became soggy from outside. Do we have to defrost before frying?
No need to defrost, first fry at medium heat until outer layer becomes crispy (it’ll take about a minute) then fry at medium low heat for about 2 - 3 minutes. Cooking time depends on size and thickness of rolls. you can double fry for extra crispy.
