    One major mindset observation I have made between some Ghanaians and Nigerians in my 40+ years abroad - most Nigerians travel with the initial intention of remaining/settling permanently in abroad for good, whereas most Ghanaians primary intention is, if I can hopefully hit it big I will return to settle in Ghana. That could be coming from one being overly more congested population wise than the other. That is just one factor. Ghanaians love for and focus on Ghana, can tend to affect our long-term achievements in the new land, compared to the guy settled in permanently. Fact!❤❤❤

    Summary of a true event;
    A gentleman was struggling in America. My Pastor told him to relocate to Ghana cuz his destiny was not in the USA. He returned to Gh and started bidding for contracts, long Story short he has now made in Gh what he could not make in America for 15yrs.
    Know where your destiny is and live there.

    Ghanaians want to travel overseas. Not because they want to work, rather they want money- great riches.
    Unfortunately, when you travel outside Ghana in pursuit of great riches, and not for a living, (to work and be paid) the outcome is stress.
    It is about time we change our mindset. Let us reduce our expectations for aburokyire. Let us be guided that we aspire to travel, not because we need great wealth, rather because there's little or no job opportunities back home.

    Most Africans because of our poor mindset and poor upbringing we always want the easiest way to get money. This is the reason why our countries in Africa are STRUGGLING! Most at times we blame the politicians for destroying the country. Infact the minds of most citizens are already corrupted before even becoming politicians. Moreover the laws of advanced or developed countries always favours Women, Children,Old people, disabled etc not only in Germany,because they are most vulnerable. This is very logic!
