I always notice that lots of Zambians bear Igbo-like names. Chinyemba is as Igbo as is Zaramoku, yet both names are from Zambia and Igbo land (Nigeria) respectively. I have seen many other names in the past, of Zambian names seeming Igbo, and it leaves me believing that there might have been a familial relationship between the two peoples dating back to antiquity, especially since both peoples look alike. Can anyone elucidate on this?
