- A CRO component tester is used to test if components are working correctly in the circuit. This is very nice if you do electronic repairs. You can test components directly on a soldered PCB.

what's the advantages of CRO over multimeters ? how do you check smd component using CRO ? I don't see probes in your video
Scope have much faster measurements engines and much wider measurement bandwidth than digital multimeter but multimeter have advanced over cro in terms of accuracy , resolution and digital output
There are dedicated components testing points on CRO where we can test components with probs also but we can connect probs also

because LED is also a diode known as light-emitting diode but only a little difference in energy band gap rest all is same. so both have the same graph on CRO.
