Emirates A380 Business Class - Dubai to Auckland in 3 minutes

1. The dedicated check-in, immigration and security area. less than 15mins to complete the whole process.
2. The lounge access - In Dubai you can access the gate directly from the lounge area and boarding starts only when the aircraft is actually ready to board, no unnecessary waiting
3. The ability to lie down flat, especially for such a long flight.
What I would like to see enhanced is...
1. Better food options in the lounge. Items are pretty stock standard. It's fresh, lots of options but doesn't have the "wow" factor. The lounge itself is also quite outdated with creamy brown couches, dark wood and gold.
2. The personal minibar options. There's a can of pepsi, sprite, 2 bottles of Evian and Perrier. None are chilled so I'm guessing you would ask for ice if you want a cold beverage. I would like to see more premium, healthier options such as vitamin water or those with hydrating electrolytes to arrive feeling more refreshed.
3. One person's window shade open can illuminate the whole cabin. I would like to see that between services, guests are encouraged to keep their window shades down so others can sleep in a dark cabin.
