@@NickHalden47 because people just mass stepe lancers with them and yolo, when this unit for combat purposes is great only when mixed with other cavalry, like hussars as meatshield against halbs, keshiks against infantry and archer civs and gold generator or heavy camels against cavalry civs. All that backed by Cav archers you have a quite mobile resilient and strong snowball. Hell, you can send forth the flaming camels to clear out a mass of halbs 😂. People think of civs about massing one or two units. That works in 1v1 arabia, where resources are limited and you must think carefully about your strategy and read your rival's. But this is BF. Here you have endless amount of wood and you can trade with our allies for a good amount of gold income. You have all the means to fully research that potential. But people don't do it.
