The Drawfee team really disproves any notion that referring to someone using they/them pronouns could sound weird or awkward or whatever. It sounds just as natural as them talking about literally anyone else and I love it 😊

Wind in the Willows was kinda weirdly structured. It's not a single long story like you'd expect from a novel, it's more like a series of unrelated incidents or episodes. Which is why adaptations often work so well. The one I remember most is the Rankin-Bass stop-motion animated series.
If anything could be said to be the main storyline, it's Mr. Toad's escapades. Toad did indeed have a habit of crashing his cars, but he was put in jail because he stole one. He escaped, with the help of the jailer's daughter, by disguising himself as a washer-woman. When he came back home he discovered Toad Hall had been taken over by the Weasels of the Wild Woods, and enlisted the other characters to help drive them out. And suffered no negative repercussions whatsoever for his actions, though it's implied he did become a better person less prone to weird obsessions after.

I relate with Karina. I legitimately have the hardest time recognizing faces. There are more than a few instances at work were I get people mixed up or won't recognize them at all. And I didn't realize I was bad with faces until my mid 20's. It was a revelation. Similarly I didn't know i had dyscalculia until a few years ago when looking at numbers all day became my job.

There are marsupials in south America and Australia. I believe they evolved in South America and migrated at some point and radiated all over the continent due to it being an isolated island continent. Opossum is the only marsupial in North America. Also fun fact! Camels originally evolved in North America but now the only camelids left are in South America (llama, vicuna, alpaca) and Africa. They are very invasive in Australia though and apparently now Australia has the most camels in the world. I got all this knowledge from PBS Eons.

That's not true. Blob fish actually become blobby from being taken OUT of the high pressure deep water. They kinda fall apart because their bodies evolved to be accustomed to that enormous pressure. Taking them out of deep water essentially kills them. So the "blob fish" we know is not actually how it looks during its normal life at all.
This comment is super late, but here's fun bit of trivia about where I'm from. Phantom of the Paradise flopped pretty much everywhere in North America except for Winnipeg, where people went wild for it. It was on the level that Rocky Horror Picture Show is to people now. So while it was still weird, it ad enough of a following to make a noticeable difference in box office sales and I want to say around 7-10 years ago there was a cast reunion that happened here where they got most of the surviving actors to show up, did a viewing of the movie, and had a big party. My dad went to it and said it was absolutely amazing, since he was in his early 20's and living in Winnipeg when it came out.
Wind in the willows is half the time using animals to represent people (like how toad is a parody of certain types of charismatic, reckless young rich people) and the other half using human tics to represent animal behaviors (like how them fighting with a ridiculous number of pistols, cutlasses and clubs can represent raw animal savagery). That's why you get things like a mole eating pork and beef and wearing a velvet jacket (is it his jacket or just his fur they're talking about?). But the best example of both combined is when the gaoler's daughter says she is helping toad bc she's fond of animals (as pets), but also thinks he is unfairly charged, and also hopes he'll pay her money. That book is crazy interesting.

This is why she shelters catniss, and was enthusiastic about participating in snows death
They have a lot of extreme fashion trends and do get surgically altered, but trying to mimic animals wasn't really common

I'm sad I missed that Drawfee Extra was a thing, two years into knowing Drawfee was a thing. I could have seen this stream fairly fresh and known David's a little theater baboo like me. Their method of spouting references is a lot like what I did in my mid-twenties. It's very fun, but I don't have the kind of people around me right now that react kindly to the enjoyment of things they themselves do not know of.
