It seems that no one drives knee down on this class, I assume because of the dirt part. But what change in the set up of the moto between them an the s4 class (tarmac only) where everybody is knee down?
Knee down doesn't lend itself well for tight tracks, it would slow you down more having to move around the bike like that just to drag knee, using a Motocross style will give you more grip and control in tighter turns
Thx, but my question was more specifically direct to the setup. So steering stem inclination, wheelbase, etc
@@antonioortenzi2911 they usually lower all supermoto bikes by about 40mm for high speed stability so I'd say they're setup very similar to one another chassis and suspension wise sometimes they even raise the foot pegs on supermoto machines
Usually the suspension is a bit harder and the rear end a bit higher, as they don't have to compromise....I'm generalising tho :)
