I love that Zohakuten's theme sounds like a deity or god, it sounds like power and respect. This has definitely become my favorite Kimetsu soundtrack.
Its my favorite waiting akaza and kokushibo ❤️

Zohakuten had so much unused potential as a big bad. His on-screen presence as the Upper Four in this form was sick! Great soundtrack to a great demon character design. 🍃⚡😈
Agreed they could have used the final form as the last one and then made him the main body. This character is so unused.

@@KhanBostan why did the main body run away is my biggest question. it was protected by roots and could be watched over by zohakuten. they couldve made the most intense battle of capture the flag ever with all 5 demon slayers sprinting towards zohaktuen while dodging the dragons.
@@terra3426My opinion is that the main body was such a coward that the only thing he could do was running away and letting Zohakuten deal with the demon slayers.
@@terra3426 That is because Koyoharu was not given enough time to plan the arc. From what I've heard she was having a lot of issues In her personal life at the time but the executives of Shonen Jump kept her under the strict schedule to realese new mangá chapters. Unfortunately the result is this, a very promissing arc which ended up being quite underwhelming.
They should've given him and mitsuri an extended fight in the anime adaptation, zohakuten was great but i wish we had seen more of his and kanroji's battle

Zohakutan only died becuase tanjiro found hantengus main body but i could imagine him going crazy in infinity castle because fighting him would be almost impossible since his main body couldve been almost anywhere around the castle. No wonder they had to kill him off very early
i gotta imagine that there is some kind of limit to how far he can go from the main body and how long they can be away from the main body. Otherwise why send the main body to the sword village at all when they could have just sent his unkillable secondary bodies?

@@tungduong6610 Doesn't change the fact that they have been unlocked in previous fights and then had to be merge back to the main body. Hence the likeliness of a time limit and thus a distance limit
@@WalCross-yb7tw we technically have no clue about how far the main body can manage to control the clones, but we sure know one thing that demons have limited energy. Hantengu once said that Zou Hakuten has been using too much energy, which effected on the regeneration ability of him.
the clones can operate by themselves as an individual, which mean they drain out the energy by time if they don't eat. so probably after the energy is out, the clones might automatically dissolve and the main body returns back to its normal size
The same be said for upper moon six. Just hide the sister somewhere unreachable and he is practically unkillable.
too bad he was not the final villain to slay but just disappeared :( he actually seemed very powerful even for a hashira

No, I believe the one at 1:37 actually plays first in the episode, meaning while tanjiro is fighting the wood dragons without seeing zohakuten clearly. The one at 0:44 plays when they talk

I LOVE the way you edited this mix, especially the part where you let his drum’s “bon” sound effect play before his theme kicks in. Awesome.
I personally find the original version the best so really thank you for this mix.
Also if possible can you do an extended version of Garaku and Sekido’s first appearance theme? It would be great if you add the moment of silence when Garaku waves his fan to Muichiro followed by the theme kicking in.

This soundtrack makes sense. There IS divinity. In Hinduism/Buddhism, fundamentally, an asura is a being who has learned and understood spiritual truth and Dharma, but has manipulated its use into adharmic pursuits. It is a corruption of divine tools and knowledge. That is why it is truly horrific, because those realizations and command over Maya are well learned and skilled, and furthermore, can only be ACQUIRED through acknowledgement of righteousness and truth. Despite that, there is a conscious intent to use it for the opposite. That is an asura. Notice how he fights for what's technically righteous, at face value (something Leftists should learn) but he does so through 'Hatred', lesser understanding or acknowledgement of other factors, and ignorance of the his own existence, which itself can be evil or at the least, based on behaviors that lack consideration.
Zohakuten does have a sense of righteousness. But his essence is hatred, that is the medium by which his pursuits are made. That's an Asura. It is corruption of truth or corruption of the means by which it is unearthed or pursued.
Hope this is a breath of fresh air in the face of pathetic GenZ and Woke intellect in their literature analysis of this..."It sounds cool so its like Zohakuten is the hero, like an oxymoron, symbolizing how Hantengu pledges he's a victim when he's actually the wrongdoer."

Hantengu was never a strong person as a human, he has always been a coward who denied all accountability, so even as a demon he plays the victim and lets "others" do the work for him.
I find Zohakuten more interesting as a figment of Hantengu's psyche, the perfect righteous hero he imagines to defend him, the so-called victim
It also makes him more terrifying and dangerous.
Imagine you're a pillar and you encounter him, now you have to fight three demons with different powers, and even if you manage to stand your ground against all three of them AND find Hantengu's real body, BAM he summons an even stronger opponent, which is invincible because even cutting his head would do nothing, so basically even if you can beat Zohakutenn, he's actually immortal, as long as you don't know where the main body is you're fucked.
No wonder he was upper moon 4, he probably killed a lot of pillars.

Demon slayer season 3 was so bad only because of one reason....... They never used the full potential of the upper moons 5 and 4 ....... Which is very sad...... I really had high hopes for this season....... But it was a big letdown 😢😢
