I used to main kogmaw and found out that by far his best mithic for on his build was riftamker build 5th item due to giving omnivamp so you can heal of your W magic damage plus true dmg ap and hp are all status that kogmaw benefits from but its all abviously gonna change with the new rageblade

ADC climbing is nice, but it’s not really hard with a support duo that’s good. Takes away the hardest aspect of dealing with all the troll/feeding solo que supports

Start with Doran's ring for the extra AP early, then sell later. Max Q>W>E. Ult is actually not that influent, but you may replace Titanic with a Demonic Embrace to ramp up its damage.
Generally the strategy would be to stack Grasp and Heartsteel as much as possible while dealing a ton of damage with the empowered auto. Swain gets a lot of bonus HP from its passive, and also it heals every time for 9% total health at level 18.
