Thanks for telling interesting and good facts about Veerappan.😊
But i think it is necessary to address the tortures and sexual abuses that common people faced from authorities in the name of investigation to catch Veerappan. Veerappan can be a good person or bad, but then what the authorities did was unacceptable.
Using their athority to rape girls and make a son to rape his own mother and make the father to rape his own daughter. Such a horrible things the authorities have done. There are video proofs for that. Still no actions were taken at that time till now.
When some culprits were punished for such crimes, how can these authorities escape even to date? In fact, they were being respected and got promoted.
The government has changed, and years have been passed, but until now, those authorities have been living a good life, but the common people who have been affected living a miserable life. According to me, there is no justice having such a horrible crime have no solution or solved till now.
Saththam mathikkanum aana saththaame mathikkilaye?!(We must respect the law, but the law itself didn't respect the people).

He was honest and paid due respect to women. Though he kidnapped Rajkumar Sir, it was well known that he treated him well. There is a saying, at the time of property dispute in his family Rajkumar Sir said "என்ன பேசம அந்த மீசக்காரங்கிட்டயே விட்டுருங்க". This shows how good a person he was. In my view he is a honest and real hero. We missed him.

I think Veerappan was very much better than corrupt politicians. He broke the law but not for personal gain. Very rare to see such people now. Because he broke the law he had to be punished.
