Thanks for helping hopefully new residents to appreciate importance of French language for Quebec. We need a lot of professionals, from healthcare to pharma to software and many more but they need to speak French to communicate with us and provincial authorities.

it has changed this month. new law is under legislation which is level 5 for PR.

This is the link from the official website which still says level 7 for Quebec Experience program. Can you please post the official link where it says level 5?

Must be passed French B2 level to get a certificate of completion of the course from LaSalle College or only the French basic level is required to get a course completion certificate from la Salle college Montreal ,which of these is correct?

Is french mandatory for Skilled worker program ? or it just for college graduate, I studied in Ontario and want to apply for Qubec skilled worker program based on 6 month work experience without French , Is it possible?
