- We hope you find useful this Travel Guide - Online Guided Tour of NERJA, a beautiful coastal town on the Costa del Sol, in Málaga, Andalucía, South of Spain.
Nerja is famously known for its Balcón de Europa, a lookout point in the shape of a balcony. The Coast of Nerja has around 13km of beaches, and around 17 beaches in total!
The Cueva de Nerja is also very important to the Town, with international fame.

thanks for the Nerja videos ,,,we have spent 30 winters there enjoying every minuet there from October to March.,coming home for Christmas ..with the wonderfull warm SOL and blue skies ,it would be hard to find a better place to be in Europe during the English winter .and with very pleasant locals ,and many Brits you can always have someone to chat with ,John

Are you familiar with the hike of Rio Chillar? Is it possible to do the hike in early October? Do you offer personal tours? We are visiting Andalusia in Oct and are planning our detailed ITINERATY.

Who was there on the beach this year or last year? Is the treatment plant in operation and is the water quality OK?

Hiya! We don't have an answer to all of your questions! But Nerja's water is very special, quite unique on the Costa del Sol, boasting of clear, see-through sea water 😊😊
if that Balcon de Europa...was on the coast in Southern California.....thousands of homeless would be living there in boxes and tents.
Well, it's on the coast of southern Spain, and so far, there doesn't seem to be any homeless living there.
