Excellent video. In regards to just the video quality and editing…whoever is doing that for you is doing good work. I have been editing video for years. The flow is solid. If I can suggest brightening up the indoor pictures just a bit and maybe a little more time on the kitchen, master bedroom, and family room. Maybe a bit of slow motion on those three areas. No point in showing a dark garage. Use as much as your personality as possible. I know your purpose it to sell the home but in order to grow your channel you have to sell yourself and the property.
Keep doing what you are doing. Stay on that grind!!

Imagine what will happen when the FBI HQ comes to PG. These homes are a bargain compared to our neighboring county with the same distance to DC.
