Today I'm covering arguably one of the best country music songs of all time (written by Tony Arata), now considered a classic, which was a huge hit for Garth Brooks when it was released in 1989. I like that you toss in the "piano" licks (which are NOT "necessary", but make the song just a bit better!)
I think YOUR version is the best cover (even compared to "famous" artists) that I found when researching how to play this song on my own on my 6-string uke!
I make no attempt to sing this as good as you! (That would be impossible!) But, insofar as HOW to play/sing it at the same time solo, YOU nail it! (Lol, back in through the 90's my old bar-bands would often cover this song, but I was always just a rhythm guitarist without a mic in those days!)
