Sometimes they still just destroy furniture, I have 2 6ft cat towers, an entire room with cat toys and other scratching posts and other scratching posts scattered around the house and my cat still scratches furniture. Before you ask, they are different textures and I play with her daily 🤷♀️
As a property manager I can tell you some of these changes/additions would be a breach of your lease. Do NOT change ANY plumbing or electrical fixtures without first consulting your landlord! And then get approval in WRITING!
My lease says the tenants are not allowed to change their own fixtures. Now, apparently this woman knows what she’s doing but many tenants do not… I have had tenants create thousands of dollars worth of damage because they attempted to change a faucet on their own, which ended up leaking into the apartment below and causing thousands of dollars worth of damage… I don’t recommend just anybody do this is my point.
I don’t care how experienced the tenant is.. we don’t allow them to change anything.. it’s just bad business! Eventually, the tenant will claim that something “had to be changed… Their opinion of what the value of their work/materials is, is never going to match the opinion of the owner, it’s just a mess waiting to happen. If I see the tenant has changed anything in an apartment during their tendency, we have a serious problem! I make it very clear at the lease signing that absolutely NO changes are allowed!
I'm not sure how strict your landlord is but even in subsidized housing, they told us nail/screw holes are fine, it's an easy patch job. To make it renter friendly though, try using the command hook strips or nano tape to hang things!! I've hung just about all my wall decorations with nano tape, besides what definitely needed nails, and it rocks. That little drip deco would definitely be fine with some nano tape holding it up.
I watch lots of vids on home hacks and deco tips(I'm in a nursingwarehouse, so can't Do most of the things). I'm really impressed with your ideas and your energy and creativity👍🏽👏🏾❣️
Always read your lease and discuss it with your landlord. Screw holes or nail holes are usually an easy fix and aren't against the rules set in the lease you sign. Since you can easily change the sink faucet and knobs back it's still considered ok because no damage occured and the original pieces are still on hand to make the swap again. Any renovations that are completely reversible and damage free fall under the category of "renter friendly". Just because you don't own it doesn't mean you can't put your spin on it while you're there as long as it isn't permanent or causing harm.

Ooh tea?
LMAO I REMEMBER THAT
Whenever I get an apartment, all of these hacks are going to be used for my inspiration ❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤ so so cute
Amazing colors and combination of ideas stunning 😮❤
These are all gorgeous!!
Looks like you gotta catify your space if the cats is tearing it up
I second this! there's so many good ways to catify that can match your home decor. it's worth it for your cat babies!
Sometimes they still just destroy furniture, I have 2 6ft cat towers, an entire room with cat toys and other scratching posts and other scratching posts scattered around the house and my cat still scratches furniture. Before you ask, they are different textures and I play with her daily 🤷♀️
Tbh, what’s the point of following her if we can’t be inspired by what she creates and duplicate her creations?
We shouldn't follow someone who stomps on budding artists. I'm glad her sponsor dropped her.
wtf does that mean?

As a property manager I can tell you some of these changes/additions would be a breach of your lease.
Do NOT change ANY plumbing or electrical fixtures without first consulting your landlord! And then get approval in WRITING!
As long as everything is returned to original condition there’s no issue. Keep the original faucet and switch it back when you move.
Yeup. Anything i change i change back never had issues. Thosel ights are battery lights so no electrical
Cutting the rug is genius. I gotta try this.
i love how pop and funky your place looks! makes me feel like i’m in a 90s or 80s era
I’m not sure how drilling into the wall is considered renter friendly
I'm not sure how strict your landlord is but even in subsidized housing, they told us nail/screw holes are fine, it's an easy patch job.
To make it renter friendly though, try using the command hook strips or nano tape to hang things!! I've hung just about all my wall decorations with nano tape, besides what definitely needed nails, and it rocks. That little drip deco would definitely be fine with some nano tape holding it up.
You can spackle the holes when you leave
If this is considered renter friendly (i.e., drilling holes everywhere), then what isn't considered renter friendly😑
Wonderful ideas! Thank you!
I watch lots of vids on home hacks and deco tips(I'm in a nursingwarehouse, so can't Do most of the things).
I'm really impressed with your ideas and your energy and creativity👍🏽👏🏾❣️
Don’t do any of her DIYs you guys. She’ll have a hissy fit.
Don’t do any of these or she’ll say you stole from her
That doesn’t scare me at all-since I’d know what to expect, it might be funny.
don't worry, you couldn't pay me to do any of these
she didn’t invent any of these ideas anyways so if she says that she’s trippin 😂
I love ppl like this, so positive and creative
I love your creativity!
Drilling into walls and replacing your bathroom sink is not "renter friendly"
Always read your lease and discuss it with your landlord. Screw holes or nail holes are usually an easy fix and aren't against the rules set in the lease you sign.
Since you can easily change the sink faucet and knobs back it's still considered ok because no damage occured and the original pieces are still on hand to make the swap again. Any renovations that are completely reversible and damage free fall under the category of "renter friendly". Just because you don't own it doesn't mean you can't put your spin on it while you're there as long as it isn't permanent or causing harm.
She replaced the faucet not sink. It's easy to change back. You're telling me you don't change the shower head when you rent?
@@marisahampton427 no, she replaced the sink
U copied my diy 😢 /j
Everything was mind blowing but the faucet is to die for. Thanks
Love the bathroom faucet!!!
Imagine getting rid of furniture because of minor pet damage, i'd have to be able to afford either first 🤡
Cleaning your furniture isnt a hack... I question peoples sometimes.
Absolutely love EVERYTHING about this house 😍😍
I am just in awe! You are so talented.
Please DO NOT follow any of this tips, that’s PLAGIARISM !!!
Explain the lore behind this. I need the tea
@@Aleyah... this particular account posts frequent "diy" content. Another creator posted a video following one of her tutorials and this one made a follow-up video calling her a content thief, unoriginal and plagiarizing her ideas. People took the outburst and made it into a joke because it was heavily overreacting and embarassing. I believe she tries to delete all the comments talking about it, but some do stay.
@@klaxx3761 However, it wasn’t just an “outburst”. She was off her medication and struggling mentally. When you have mental disorders it can hit you hard when you stop taking your meds, which happens when they become ineffective or having a mental health crisis (like she stated she was).
@@klaxx3761And to add onto my point, it’s embarrassing and shameful to see the things you did during a mental breakdown, so yeah, She apologized and removes mean comments because people are asshats. Humans make mistakes. But her reality was warped and it’s hard to see what’s up or down when everything is fucked ip.
