45:59 the book that he “forgot to bring” appears. Man self promo’d the audience in the first half while making it look like a “dosh garn I meant to do you a favor and bring you my book” moment earlier in the pod. I don’t mind being sold but he trains people so well we know he is constantly selling us. I love this.

In the last 60 seconds of the podcast Jeremy said
    “Book” - 7 times
    “Best seller(ing) - 5 times
Buy (synonymous “get” “order” etc) - 5 times
Last 6 seconds he said the word Book 3 times.
Selling sellsmen is a next level craft but this is how you know he knows what he is talking about and practices what he preaches. Non sales minded people wouldn’t be on the look out for the art of implementing comfort into a prospect with what you are selling (book) they would just get sold or determine it wasn’t for them. Thanks for not being a snake oil guy taking advantage of young salesman with a few hundred dollars to spend on the first person who says they can help them.

43 minutes in and Jeremy COMPLETELY earned the right to sell his products to the audience after this pod but it was kind of funny that he is selling a book. Hyped it up as best seller xyz lists and then says yeah but you can only do so much with a book so that’s why you need a course(upsells his a product he also so happens to have) Also, the stats he gave are incredibly targeted. Not everyone is the avg demographic of who ever the study *that wasn’t sited in this podcast it was just said with confidence from A SALES TRAINER (no disrespect just pointing out what is happening) trust exists that he is referencing (“great salesman” I’m trusting the numbers exists somewhere) to get the retention rates of knowledge gained from books

Again, he completely earned the time slot to sell his company and products to us as he just provided an hour long trailer for free (to the audience but it’s an ad for him). But as a salesman professional myself I got a giggle out of him selling his own product, down playing it , saying it’s good then upselling another product his company makes. This man is THE MAN. Like cmon that’s amazing

This is great. I just started solar sales after a summer of alarm sales and I’ve been struggling, this was super valuable.

Ok, since we concluded this could work with girls as well - I’m reaching out because I could really use some expert advice on navigating a personal situation with a sales mindset. I met someone amazing from another country and we had a fantastic weekend together in Rome. Afterward, she expressed interest in visiting my place for a week, hinting at a preference for a long-distance relationship. I told her not to come at this time, cause I am busy with work, but she felt disappointed by that cause she said we both work from home and could make it work. While I really enjoy her company, I’m not ready to commit to anything serious. I realize I may have muddled things by not being clear about my feelings; I ended up giving vague excuses about needing time to think through and I never gave her clear answer and the relationship was ruined by that. Now, I'd like to reconnect and spend a week with her at her place on a beautiful island where she lives. How would you approach re-establishing this light-hearted dynamic without causing confusion or mixed feelings? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
