In narrow angle glaucoma there is a mechanical obstruction of the flow of the aqueous humor from the ciliary body to the angle in the anterior chamber. The reasons of this obstruction can be manyfold. Most frequent cause is a "short" eye due to hyperopia and / or narrowing by a thick lens due to cataract thus obstructing the angle... I got close angle glaucoma now they had to take a laser and put a hole so the fluid contain out of the eyeball. That's right I said it don't hate
