Shenandoah River State Park VA Campground Tour

Let's go see the Shenandoah River State Park and camping areas. In this video we tour the RV campground area, the cabins, the primitive camp sites and the yurts. We also checkout Culler's overlook, visitors center, bathrooms, showers, hiking and horse trails and open areas. I also highlight the canoe launch area, common day use areas, and the equestrian trail.
Shenandoah River State Park is located just minutes from the northern entrance to the Skyline Drive & Shenandoah National Park. This is one of many videos on my travel vlog. Hi there! My family and I will vacationing at Shenandoah River State Park this June 29 - July 5 2024. We will be staying a 2 bedroom cabin. We are very much looking forward to our trip and to be able to compare / contrast to Hungry Mother State Park in Marion VA. This is a great park, one of the first original 5 parks built by the CCC! Hungry Mother has not been updated and is still very rustic at best.
