at first i was scared of them facing the east but these winning games against 3 teams just showed the beauty of this team who took down lebron preDurant... as someone who hated on the warriors because of the KD addition, this franchise simply amazes me. what a system, coaching staff, and front office. the selfless movement, passing, and phenomenal shooting is the perfect blend of old school basketball with new school offense. as a dallas resident, im so proud of the mavs, luka, and the coaching staff for putting up a hell of a run these playoffs. respect!

it's insane to even think of the Warriors drafted the Dynasty with 0 1st pick. Potentially another great run in the forth seeable future among JP, Kuminga, Moody, Wise.
They also got a chance to get another draft steal in this year's nba draft. They got 28th pick. They can select nikola jovic for pf position or walker kessler since wise is not yet ready to play. Plus they also got two second round picks. Future is bright, dubs not running out of assets.
@@eleuterioedezond.1955 I'm sure Wiseman will be ready to start the season. 28th pick is usually a coinflip (at best) to be a productive NBA player, but the 3 lottery picks in the last two years will be a great nucleus to extend the dynasty. The Warriors are going to be HEAVY favorites to win the title next year.

The hate in Warriors back then was because of KD joining a super team to get a free ring. Now the Dubs earned the chance to win with young players and team effort, so everybody is rooting for them.

I remember what LeBron said when he was asked what the difference was during the warriors championship run. He said the difference was Durant. He brought them to another level & made them virtually unbeatable and before his injury was the best player in the league. Would the warriors have won without him? Maybe, maybe not.

When steph said "You don't wanna see us next year", a lot of folks laughed and literally every media outlet indicated not too long ago that luka was better than him and that the mavericks were a better team than the warriors after beating them a few times in the regular season , they also said during all star break that the warriors only had a 10% chance of making it to the NBA FINALS putting them at the very bottom of the list 😭 yeah I'm positively sure that the warriors took all of that personally now people saying the dubs are a "super team" with drafted and left for dead players that nobody else wanted 🤦🏿♂️ face it most of the league is too slow for the warriors style of play , they're like technology they're literally years ahead of everybody and everything that gets in their way even with the big three aging like wine .......I love it warriors in 6 against anybody right now 🌱

@@lachie4649 Indeed! I really hope we keep Brunson and add a solid center. I don't think we even need another All-Star, just some size and that the existing core of the team keeps improving (especially in regards to consistency). I was really surprised with how phenomenal the mid-season turnaround was plus how great Kidd is in his first season.
Luka is also my all-time favorite player - been following him constantly since his incredible debut for our national team when we won it all in 2017. Prior to that I haven't had this much fun watching basketball in nearly 10 years, maybe ever!
Watching the GSW play as an orchestra just makes me smile... 😁 so happy for another NBA Final, with consolidated super-champions and great new heroes! Congratulations to Dallas for never giving up, an excellent 3rd quarter almost re-opened the game! Fantastic series, fantastic basketball!!

The Warriors are the first franchise to reach the NBA Finals 6 times in an 8 year span since Jordan’s Bulls (1991-98). Very impressive… but they could never three peat like the Bulls did, and the Bulls did it TWICE. Even with Kevin Durant (I know he got hurt in the 2019 finals, but it goes to show how hard it is to stay healthy and consistent for 3 championships in a row) and here come all the Jordan haters in the replies.. 💀

after 2 straight finals appearance a team plays approximately 50 games in the playoffs alone, that's like a full shortened season which is crazy. Imagine gsw with 5 straight finals, that's more than 110 games in the playoffs. They basically played more than 6 season worth of games in 5 years.
My opinion is that the level of competition was lower in the ‘90s - lower relative levels of difficulty

always telling you guys. Luka needs a better team to wear rings. When novitzki got the ring they had legendary Jason Kidd, 3pt assassin Peja, Shawn Marion, Jason Terry. These guys are all making 10+ points a game. about 80 points total. You don't have those much of a weapons in your roster. so having one game vs gsw is even a success for this year's mavs.

Wiggins vs. Tatum and Green vs. Horford are going to be some epic battles in the next round. Yes... I know the ECF isn't over yet, but Boston will win that series. Even if Miami can somehow win game 6 in Boston, the Celtics will still win game 7. They are just a significantly better team than Miami. If Miami did make it, the Warriors would take that series in 5 games MAX! Celtics - Warriors should go at least 6. Stealing games in Boston just will not be very easy, but the Warriors will be champs in the end.
