UPDATE: After Claiming rewards, you have to go to clothing store to get them (not wardrobe) try to look under Jackets or Special Tops.

Where do I actually find the jacket I can't find it in game. It's not in the wardrobe. I have already done a bunch of missions and have gotten my second most wanted. I have ps4 so I don't see the career progress icon
Unfortunately, the rewards are only for new gen consoles PS5 and Xbox Series X|S

You'll need to go to the clothing store instead of wardrobe, try to look in Jackets category or special tops, there should be a star icon.
