Whirlpool AWT 2071 washing machine drive belt fail

My washing machine may be on it's last legs as the driving belt came off from the pulleys and earlier the drum lifter had to be fixed with cable ties. Also the spinning cycle doesn't sound too good.
The belt tried to get away again from the big pulley but stayed when I placed it to the outermost grooves in the motor pulley.
Didn't want to disassemble the washer more than just open the side panel to gain access to the belt.
Got inspired doing some washing machine videos after watching channel called Photonicinduction in UK, who did some fun stuff with washing machines :D
Update:
As of February 13 2015 it still works ok, belt has stayed on the pulleys so I guess I did fix it :)
Update number 2, April 2016:
This washer has been recycled now because of catastrophic failure during the spin cycle, probably the drum bearings broke down. Here's a video about it:

WARNING!
If you ever have to do any repairs to your washing machine, first thing you must do is disconnect the powerlead from the wall socket. There may still be power even when it's disconnected if there are capacitors in the system. In a case of bigger repair than the belt, I recommend leaving it alone and bring it to the professonial repair shop because I don't know how to discharge the caps.
However, just putting the belt back in the pulleys should be safe job if you don't touch the motor, wires and the capacitors if there are any.
I can't take any responsibility for any damage or injury if you decide to repair your washing machine. You do it at your own risk or don't do it at all!
Of course you'll save money by doing this kind of little fixes yourself :)

Pyykkikoneeni taitaa olla viimeisillään kun käyttöhihna putosi hihnapyörältä ja aiemmin myös pyykinnostaja rummun sisällä piti kiinnittää nippusiteillä. Linkousääni ei myöskään kuulosta oikein hyvältä.
Hihna meinasi karata uudestaan rummun hihnapyörältä mutta rupesi pysymään kun laitoin sen moottorin hihnapyörällä uloimpiin uriin. En halunnut purkaa konetta enempää kuin kylkipellin avaamalla päästä käsiksi hihnaan.
Päivitys:
13 helmikuuta 2015 kone toimii vielä ok, hihna on pysynyt hihnapyörillä joten kaipa se tuli sillä kuntoon :)

Tämä pyykkikone on laitettu kierrätykseen linkouksen aikana tapahtuneen katastrofaalisen hajoamisen takia, luultavasti rummun laakerointi hajosi. Video aiheesta:

VAROITUS!
Jos aiot tehdä korjauksia pyykkikoneeseesi, ensimmäinen asia mikä pitää tehdä on irrottaa kone sähköpistorasiasta. Silti koneessa voi olla jäljellä jännite jos koneessa on kondensaattoreita. Hihnan takaisinlaittoa suurempia korjauksia en suosittele tekemään jollet aivan varmasti tiedä mitä teet, suosittelen pikemminkin koneen jättämistä ammattilaisen korjattavaksi. En itse edes tiedä miten jännitteen voi turvallisesti purkaa kondensaattoreista.
Kuitenkin käyttöhihnan asennus takaisin pitäisi olla turvallista jos ei koske moottoriin, johtoihin tai kondensaattoreihin ja kone on irti sähköverkosta.
En kuitenkaan voi vastata mistään vahingoista jos joku tämän videon perusteella ryhtyy korjauksiin ja tapahtuu jotain vahinkoja. Teette omalla riskillä mitä teette tai ette tee ollenkaan.
Itse tekemällä tällaisia pikku korjauksia säästää tietysti rahaa :)

Nope, replaced already in 2015 with newer Whirlpool, which is still working fine.
