Thank you so much for your videos. I started to develop heavy hair loss 6 years ago during a very stressful time for me. Since, I lose a lot in the winter months due to scalp dryness, central heating etc. Oils, iron supplements, biotin, de-stressing and exfoliating the scalp make a big difference. I find keeping hydrated and taking fish oils help. As you say patience is key! ❤

Hello, I am an Arab girl from Saudi Arabia. I will give you a recipe that I personally tested in our country. It is used a lot. It is two cups of water. Then put 5 garlic cloves and a medium onion in it. Divide it from the middle and put it on the fire for 10 minutes, then filter it and use water only, then add henna powder and powder to it. This routine seems easy and super effective. I've ordered grapeseed oil but it hasn't delivered yet. Whenever i get that i'll surely gonna try your previous vitamin e treatment. Today is my hair wash day and i've applied onion juice and castor oil mixture. I was not taking care of my hair and skin because of college work and busy days. I've my exams also but now i'll follow a good routine because i've massive hairfall and dry ends as i told you in your previous video. I will give some time to my hair and skin too from now on. I always share this things with you😂😂 it feels good 😁

Hello, I've been looking at you for a while because like your content and I want to start using oils too, I'm a man...so I've never used hair oils, I'm trying to grow my hair long, but it's starting to break and be less and thin in the front part, in addition to this, it started to look bad and dry, I have already changed the whole routine of washing my hair,I wash my hair with natural shampo with argan for repair and conditioner,I want to give me a advice for how long is recomanded to use oils,I don't want to abuse it,for example for 1 mount or 3.I would like to start with oil mask of rosemary, pumpkin oil seeds,castor oil and Vitamin E.
