  • Hi Friends -
Today, I make Kookoo Sabzi, also called Kuku Sabzi, which is a famous Persian style Herb Frittata. You can make Kookoo with different ingredients like potatoes or zucchini. Today, we make the Sabzi (herb) version with cilantro, parsley, chives & dill, and some fresh garlic.
Preparation is easy for this vegetarian dish, and it really is delicious.
Stay safe and I'll see you soon friends.

    Dear Yousef,
Technical question: heat: low, medium, or high for the whole process?
We love your show. Please keep contents coming 🙏

High when you pour the mixture and after a couple minutes, put it on low heat.

Yes, absolutely. It is served with fried rice & fish often. We usually eat it with bread, but you can eat it with rice.

How long did you cook the 1st side and how long the 2nd side?

    • @CookingWithYousef

Depends on the heat, but around 16-18 minutes one side, 15 min other side but you have to check it.
