The US judge who "convicted" and released Assange stated what Assange revealed didn't endanger anyone or put anyone at risk. The criminality is that fellow journalists 99% (including Reuters) didn't come together to support him.
yes
Don't underestimate the power of the US government. Some people have a propicious accidents.
You have a point.
What a shame. What a political hypocrisy. Sad. Heartbreaking. We are all in danger.
He will be remembered, as a heroe by everyone in the world.
The highest respect Julian.
True100
Sadly that's not true. He will be remembered as a convicted confessed criminal.
So. It's enough for someone just to suspect.. without a proof? Shame
To make case clear and short (an example). A neighbour had 100% evidence that the man next door killed his wife. The neighbour went to police to report the case and has been arrested and put to prison for it.
Because the man who killed his wife was the police on this case. haha
They torture him and took years of his life for nothing. It was a no-win situation, though he has become an international hero. May he relax in peace for awhile, and heal. 🙏
The system always wins as long as the people support it.
The hell are usa, uk, Germany and Israeli
Australia is a lap dog to those terrorist states. They recently imprisoned David McBride for doing EXACTLY the same thing & he couldn't even defend himself because the US interfered & prevented him from using his evidence.
julian assange should be awarded by pen pinter
He needs to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
So exposing war crimes, lies and corruption serves Russian Intelligence. Why would Russian Intelligence Agencies have an interest on such matters?
Sorry, Q. The Russiagate lies were debunked years ago.
No it is true I am EU citizen and I was harmed while I was in the USA and no one cared
The CIA got exposed and completely embarrassed, so this completely explains his position.
People are uncomfortable with the TRUTH. This woman is so disgusting, why is she milking the situation for her own benefit. She is definitely not interested in the truth.
Yes but the truth is also that he is guilty of espionage and stealing documents indirectly. He needs to wear that. Of course gov docs should be transparent but it doesn't give journalists the right to steal. Truth goes both ways.
@@SuperLuckaorubbish .. it is legal and standard journalism to publish leaked classified govt documents... i read the case there is no evidence julian 'stole' documents... its total rubbish
@@SuperLuckaodont encourage them .. this doesn't have 'two sides'... thats the game of power to retain its power.. they are corrupt and julian held them accountable
Don't you think that it is worldwide anarchy if every country which suspect just suspect any USA citizen, just deal with him as with Assange? Do you Americans want be treated aborad the same way???
He’s not American though so that means the US can reach out and prosecute anyone including non US citizens who they should have no jurisdiction over.
Clear evidence of the US's policy of "big stick" politics.
They tried to instill fear for outing their horrors..but they outed themselves..the people won but one man paid
What is the difference between the U.S.'s claim to be able to prosecute without borders and the CCP's claim to be allowed to prosecute non-residents globally?
It’s ironic that the CIA spokesperson is talking about the first amendment- freedom of speech - as if the government has never lied to the American public to keep the war machine going. His comments on the legal protections afforded to non citizens are naive and disingenuous.
The UK professor needs some media training - saying um in every sentence made him sound unsure and unprepared.
Grazie Julian Assange Testimone di Verità 💞💞💞💞💞💞
He is a Hero and those aposed to him just dont see the bigger picture
👏👏👏
this case illustrate hypocrisy self proclaimed champion of freedom of expression. and self proclaimed preserver of world human rights
He won big time, fellows.
They Didn't
The Legacy writer is LYING.
Thanks so much this was a very balanced coverage
Ask him if it was worth it? LOL.
It was worth his life (but we don't yet know for how long), & I imagine that his wife, children, & other family think it was worth it. Better to have him back home than in a crematorium urn.
@@huizhechen3779 I said ask him, not you.
You don't speak for anyone, bozo.
Hi, Please do journalism research in India about EVM Machines, many fraudulence had happened……. mainly in Andhra Pradesh state
Both
Exactly no evidence!!
On that guilty plea it should of said the sentence or punishment then void. Not time did .."PNM." Ps so redo that...
America had ZERO jurisdiction to prosecute an Australian man for something done in Europe.
Watch Tucker Carlson in Australia, you have your answer
Julian won this hands down. Murica had to save big mouth face!
