Hi! I have no idea who these people are but I can answer one of your questions! Most Cavapoos range from 16-20lbs! Unless she breeds standard Cavapoos, then they could ranger anywhere from 25-50lbs and that is a big range because of the size difference between the cavalier and poodle. A king Charles cavalier is a small dog about 16-20lbs. My mom and I breed mini cockapoo's ( a cocker spaniel + mini poodle) they range 15-18lbs our cocker spaniel is 15lbs, she is very small and the mini poodle is 18lbs. But our friend breeds standard cockapoo's (Cocker spaniel + standard poodle) her's range 25-45lbs. But her poodle weighs 50lbs and her Cocker spaniel is 20lbs. They are both definitely beautiful breeds!
