282,000+ moving to AZ is not “Why are so many leaving?”. I’m planning to leave because my farm is now surrounded by suburbanite pests and now I live in a heat bubble. Soon I’ll cash in my land and buy 200 acres in the midwest. Until then I’m just going to ride through their neighborhoods and snicker when my horse leaves a giant pile in front of the doggie poop bag dispenser. 😂

It's too expensive and too crowded now plus it was cheaper living due to the heat. But the heat is still here, but it's too costly. It was a nice, quite & clean retirement town but not anymore .

You seem nice so I'll try to go easy on your assessment of the valley...while Litchfield may be nice...the majority of the west valley is a cesspool. North phoenix, scottsdale, east valley are the nicer areas you can actually walk down the street at night. I agree with you, Phoenix has been ruined
I was thinking northern AZ over the rest of the state looks more fun and promising. I just don't think I can do the desert life I need grass, trees, and cooler weather. I already live in a hot ass state AZ would be the next level of hell, but I do plan to visit though.
@@928pcar yeah I've lived in both the east and west valleys and I 100% prefer East. Less traffic, less crime. I do not see myself ever living in the west valley again.
I do remember when houses were dirt cheap in Phoenix AZ in the 80's . The real estate market went bust their. You could buy 2400 sqft house for 35-40k maybe less. Lots of house lots sold for around $500.00 to 2500 bucks . I remember people could buy a acre in Mesa for about "$5500 .Chandler and Scottsdale were not close to being built out then either. So now it became popular again because of California, now its and unpopular again because of California transplants moving out . Lol. I don't even remember why the RE market went bust their in the 80's, Anyone?
I’ve lived in phx for most of my life. I’m ready to leave. All the California, Oregon and d WA residents have destroyed the state. They have made it blue.

How is the crime in Arizona? I live in Cali. I was at Walmart in Burbank. There was some beauty products under theft protection. There was a couple, the wife was disgusted by it & said it's not like this in Arizona. I was a bit bothered, because CA is diversified by everyone in our states. People are moving in & Ca people are moving out.
@@fg1977 people statistically are not moving to CA. And if you vote blue, we in Arizona recommend you stay there…

Los Angeles wherehouses are moving to AZ BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF SPACE . Location is all 303 freeway

Yes I am a California born and raised but I am a red voter. Always wanted to move to Arizona but my husband and I decided against it due to politics. We live in Pennsylvania now. But it’s really unfortunate. I miss living in California and my dreams of living in Arizona were shattered due to housing affordability and politics.
Please move away and stop ruining my city.

I'd have to disagree with you. I was born and raised in socal, AZ is still not like Cali. As bad as traffic has gotten it still will never be like la county.

Ungrateful phoenix girl. I'm from Southern California. Moved to phoenix and LOVED IT. Had to move back to California and it was the worst decision of my life coming back.
