    This video with dialogue is an excellent Spanish lesson for beginners, and also has useful phrases for intermediate Spanish learners. Like Spanish TV shows, the easy Spanish conversations are entertaining and educational for high school classes and adults. The basic Spanish conversations include Spanish subtitles.
    Transcript:
    - ¿Ya sabes qué te vas a poner para la fiesta?
    - Ay no, ¿me ayudas? Tengo esta opción. Esta falda o este vestido.
    - La falda. Yo no sé qué camisa usar. La blanca o la amarilla.
    - La blanca.
    - Uy, ahora no sé qué me pongo arriba. Esta camisa o esta blusa.
    - Me gusta más la blusa. Yo no sé qué pantalón usar. Este o este.
    - Hmm..creo que ese.
    - ¿Crees que estos zapatos están bien?
    - Muy bien. Te vas a ver muy bien.
    - Tú también. Ya casi es la hora de la fiesta. Hay que apurarnos.
    - Sí. Me voy a cambiar y gracias por ayudarme.
    - Gracias a ti.
    Translation:
    - Do you know what you’re going to wear to the party?
    - No, will you help me. I have these options. This skirt or this dress.
    - The skirt. I don’t know which shirt to wear. The white one or the yellow one.
    - The white one.
    - Ah, now I don’t know what to wear on top. This shirt or this blouse.
    - I like the blouse more. I don’t know which pants to wear. These or these.
    - Humm...I think those.
    - Do you think these shoes are okay?
    - Really good! You’re going to look great.
    - You too. It’s almost time for the party. We need to hurry.
    - Yes, I’m going to change and thanks for helping me.

    I am using many of your videos with my Spanish students. We're watching this video now and generally is is really good! The only qualm my student has is that she strongly disagrees with their fashion choices hahaha :P

      That's so funny! We hadn't thought of it, but this video is great for practicing "Me gusta" and "No me gusta" by having students comment on the clothes. It's a perfect way to use the clothes vocabulary in a context. Thanks for your comment!

      “Hay que” significa “ es necesario”. “Apurarse” = tener prisa ( to be a hurry). Hay que apurarnos = We have to hurry!

    So , “ vestir” is a bit old school i guess, correcto?

      There are several verbs that have to do with clothes. In the video they are using "ponerse" (Me pongo, etc) because they're talking about the specific clothes - it's the equivalent of "put on" or "wear" with the emphasis on the clothes. "Vestirse" is to "get dressed" with the emphasis on the action (Me visto antes de cepillarme los dientes.). Vestir (not reflexive) and llevar can both mean to wear. Hope that helps!
