- The shreem mantra is a one-syllable sound known as a bija, or "seed," mantra. It is the bija mantra of Lakshmi, Hindu goddess of abundance and prosperity.
Shreem is also associated with the third-eye chakra, and is believed to be a divine sound that can connect the practitioner to universal consciousness. In yoga, shreem may be chanted to still and focus the mind during meditation.
Shreem comes from the Sanskrit root Shree (also translated as Sri), which is an honorific used as a sign of respect or to denote wealth and prosperity. The ‘m’ sound is thought to belong to divine powers, and so uniting this sound with shree is symbolic of paying respect to the divine.

Shreem mantra jaap se mere sur me dard hota hai bhot, or mere ghar me ladai ho jaati hai hur kisi se, or Mujhe chidchidahat rahti hai, or me situation handle me shi se nhi bole paati.
The Shreem mantra works better with SOUND and COLOR - turmeric gold or marigold-tinted gold or orange-tinted goal - perhaps with bright gold bars and coins. Over several hours it can change the aura and promote prosperity. Using the gold and orange-tinted gold in the throat region (throat chakra) may also help reduce karmic limits. Long meditation sessions (thousands of times in a sitting, 5-8 hours of mediation on some days) will also generate aura colors for prosperity - skill in imagination and immersion of the aura in orange-tined gold (with bringht gold bars or coins) should help.
Using Sun-Moon meditation to draw monies (Siva Baba has videos on CZcams) works if done often with total confidence of drawing in images of monies to you. This can be done in separate sessions to keep it simple. Doing too many things at once is harder to work with.
As a //warning// - it's best to avoid too much selfishness and desires of this kind, they are very binding and potentially harmful to the soul. Keeping it more general purpose and using color and sound without objectives may be spiritually better.
Self hypnosis to generate confidence for a new karmic situation is also helpful. Positive words (avoid words like 'no' and and 'not') in the PRESENT tense will help tune the mind, written words and images will connect with the inner mind to allow prosperity and change.
Using techniques to improve karmic situations also is valuable - Hawaiian H'oponopono mediation with gold-colored bliss and selfless and skillful use of sound, emotions, images, etc. to forgive and heal bad situations, enmity, etc. It should be done in a way that is beneficial and non-binding and also requires lots of skill and effort. The focus should be healing with loving bliss that is absorbed by the universe while traversing through people/situations that resulted in conflict - and it should be persisted with one person/situation at a time till the healing occurs.
Another approach is writing a deal to OFFER to atone for bad financial karmas over lifetimes as a soul with the help of the Lord of Karmas (Lipikas). There must be a proposal to offer charities, payments, etc. to balance karmic debts that reduce financial karmic opportunities - with CAVEATS that any payments offered must be reasonable and the Soul will be given time to work out the karmas and be able to finalize debt payments with help from the universe and to change such debt amounts if reasonable to do so.
Finally, for job searches - working with complex rules of horary and electional astrology for first meeting charts/interviews/first events may be helpful but it's also difficult to work with and frustrating - and potentially can limit some opportunities. There are online resources to learn this including forums and tutorials but it is a complex art. (Overall, it's best to use commonsense and not go to extremes, a lot of success comes for preparation and good insights and constantly improving resumes, online presence, follow ups, etc.)
