Can I also capture footage with my drone in this place, what kind of certification do I need to have for this. My drone is 249g and it will be for recreational purpose only

Sounds like you're good to go. You don't need a certificate for a drone under 250 grams in Canada. This specific spot is in an area that has no restrictions for flying a drone below 120 meters. Enjoy
