icai ko rules ko amend krna chahiye students ke favour me .. principal apne mn ki hi chala rhe h ajkl
the problem is that icai has no power and cant over ride the contract between the article and the principal.
@@jaimin1999 there is also provision in law that employer can't force anyone to work for them

However this boy should take legal action or file FIR against his principal because his principal has no worry about his health
@@ShivamKumar-wf5db still , no one can force anyone to work against there will. I think it would be against the principle of freedom .
I think the article should mail to ICAI with cc to president, vice president, ethical standard board along with the correct reason that he is physically unfit due to medical issue to serve under the current principal. More over, he can include the mental pressure which can lead to serious mental issue like depression.
I think they would provide a remedy.
The same thing is happening with me as my Principle is asking me for bribe of 10000 to let me go from articleship

Agar FIR nahi karna chahta hai to 4-5 mahine ke liye Apne office ke aas paas kisi PG ya hostel me kyo nahi shift ho jata hai

Is video ko ICAI tak pahuchao - unhe kaho aapke log student ke saath jo baat karte hai unki call monitoring karo, nahi to world class CA nahi banege - World class nalayak baneinge
Bas sab log chod do CA. Better alternatives are available like CPA, CMA US and ACCA.

Bt mujhe dubara us firm mai join ni karna maiko transfer lena hai bt maire ass koyi bhi valid reason nahi hai....

It is recommended to all please 1-2 months phle without registration jao fir if satisfied to register kro... I also faced too many problems in my articleship due to same-day registration
