Most dubstep producers make the remix more of an original track, than the track it's originally remixing. It's stupid, and thankfully I don't do that.

The word "Remix" is usually there to hide the internet standard of using popular names to appear in search engines...
We all do it on CZcams, but it's much more truthful just to say it's "styled like" rather than "a remix of"... Then again, Dubstep is usually neither.
threemoo I mean, when I remix, it's actually my own version of the original track. It still sounds like the original track though. Same progression, melody. Usually altered in some ways, but you know what's being remixed at least.
