There is word though now of Netflix floating the idea of a Narcos-universe spinoff series starring El Chapo that would presumably take place from 2001/2002 to 2016ish. So we’ll see how unflinching and brutal they’ll make it because what happened in Mexico before 2006 or the rise of Los Zetas was child’s play compared to what happened after.

Money orders are usually issued by banks or retail locations and require you to have the money on hand before they'll issue the order. Once you have the order, you can use it like a check anywhere.
